The sandal company K. Jacques was created in Saint Tropez in 1933 by Jacques Keklikian and his wife. The house quickly became a big name in the jet-setting community of the Cote d'Azur. Political personalities, film stars and cultural personalities became big fans of the custom made sandals.

Today just as reputable as at the time of the brand's creation, the K. Jacques empire has developed considerably and now includes dozens of different models of sandals. Their famous Tropez sandals have now inspired many other shoe brands to create similar designs.
